Hi all,
It is with great sorrow that I am
informing you of the passing of Ma Kellogg. The details are not available
as of yet, but I thought you should know.
Ma was and is in the minds of many of us
as being a solid fixture of the Stowe environment. She is a great example
of what one individual can achieve just by being the person she was meant
to be. It isn't about fame, wealth, status or anything else. Ma was just
Ma. She survived through many students and teacher cycles, plus
generations of the academic politics that, I'm sure, went on at the school
level. She remains on of the most prominent memories of "our school".
I hope you will all raise a glass of wine,
beer, whatever, and join me in a toast to Ma Kellogg.
Regards, Mark
Her granddaughter had been reading her the
mounds of letters and card ‘s she had been getting from all the Stowe Prep
students and it was appreciated.
